Details

For Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.4 and higher, Oracle provides PSUs (Patch Set Updates) released with the Critical Patch Update program. Refer to the latest cumulative Fusion Middleware Patch Availability Document from the latest Security Advisory to obtain the initial announcement of PSUs and other steps to secure the environment:

For details about the PSU program and other administration tasks required, see Note 1306505.1, "Patch Set Update (PSU) Administration Guide for Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS)".
Ensure you are also following the Patch Availability Document initially releasing these patches from the Critical Patch Update program, as they may be more steps to secure the environment.

This document specifies the details of the PSUs which are currently available for each release.

Note: Change of Version Format

As of November 2015 the version numbering for new Bundle Patches, Patch Set Updates and Security Patch Updates for Oracle Database, Enterprise Manager and Middleware products will start to change format. The new format replaces the numeric 5th digit of the bundle version with a release date in the form "YYMMDD" where:

YY is the last 2 digits of the year
MM is the numeric month (2 digits)
DD is the numeric day of the month (2 digits)

Note that the "release date" is the release date of the main bundle / PSU / SPU. In some rare cases, for example where the same bundle is released on multiple platforms, the patch for a specific platform may not be available until some days after the "release date."

Conflict Resolution

If you encounter a patch conflict while installing the WebLogic Server Patch Set Updates, see My Oracle Support Note 1306505.1, section "PSUs and Patch Conflict Resolution," to resolve your conflict. If the conflict cannot be resolved, file a service request (SR) with Oracle Global Support to request an overlay patch that needs to be applied on top of the PSU.
